If graphics are snagged from another forum, you have to make sure that it is aloud from that forum, it should state so if its aloud in their rules.

Most other forums dont mind if things are snagged and used but u must leave the artists initials intact. If your just searching other sites and snagging them to post here its not right. In other words...if you want to snag 1 of my avatars I made and put your name on it and lets say use it as your avatar in pokernuts its should be fine...but to snag one of my tags or avatars and just post it there it should not be allowed

I posted as I received it...it is deleted by me now....if I was that good I would want my work out there but all is over I deleted it. No big deal. I am so sorry for the misunderstanding maybe I shouldnt share what I receive or fined,
